Exchange and Returns Policy

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Following extensive research and testing we are confident that the Solidea range will impress and surpass your expectations.

Australian Health Laws restrict the return of undergarments. No item(s) can be exchanged or returned if it has been worn, even just tried on for fitting.

We offer the following Exchange and Returns Policy.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be in original condition (including packing)
  • The item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way

Manufacturing fault

If you believe your garment has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at info@solidea.com.au

Please provide the following information:

  • Date and place of purchase
  • Receipt of purchase
  • Method of payment

Send us a picture to speed up the process.

A member of the team will be in contact to organise an assessment. Please note normal wear and tear will not be considered as a manufacturing fault.

You may be supplied with a Return Authority (RA) number and asked to return the goods to be assessed. There will be a postage and handling fee required at this time. Should your goods be found to have a manufacturing fault, your postage fee will be refunded and your goods replaced at no cost. Please allow 5 – 7 working days for this to be completed.

No exchange or refund will be possible without an assessment being completed by the Solidea Quality Control team.
