Exchanges / Returns Policy
Following comprehensive research and testing we are extremely confident that the quality and design of the Solidea range will impress and surpass expectation. However, should you not be 100% satisfied with your garment, we offer the following exchange and return policy.
Incorrect Size – Due to Australian health laws, we are unable to exchange or refund worn goods, even if they have only been tried on for fitting. As such, it is crucial you select the right size when ordering. For your correct size we ask that you follow the sizing chart relevant to your Solidea goods of choice.
Worn Goods with “wear and tear” – Due to Australian health laws, we are unable to exchange or refund worn goods as it is unsanitary. Normal wear and tear will not be considered as a manufacturing fault.
Manufacturing Fault – Should you believe your Solidea goods are flawed we ask you to email our customer service team at email@example.com and within 24 hours a Solidea representative will be in contact to organise an assessment.
For an assessment, we will require the following information;
- Date / Place of purchase
- Sales Receipt
- Payment – cash / card / cheque
You will then be supplied with a return authority number and asked to return the goods to Solidea to be assessed.
Please note: There will be a postage and handling fee required at this time. Should your goods be found to have a manufacturing fault, your postage and handling fee will be refunded and your goods fully replaced at no cost. Please allow for 5 to 7 working days for this to be completed.
Please note: No exchange / Refund will be possible without an assessment from the Solidea quality control department being completed.
